Pathetic Service, *******s and Lie about Faulty Cars...

<p>On the 19th December 2016 I bought a car (Subaru Legacy 3.0 Premium 2005 model) at A1 Supreme Auto Dealership in Pretoria North. <br /><br />The salesaman used tactics such as dont worry about test driving the car, One of Our Sales Man test drove the Car and He is Happy with it. They refused me from Test Driving the Car. </p> <p>They tried to use tactics by saying we must complete paper-work so I can take the car Home with.</p> <p>I took the car on 19th December 2016, but it had many issues, such as brakes not working, car was hot inside, central locking not working, suspension was not comfortable etc.</p> <p>The car broke down on the 22 December 2016 on my way to the holidays.</p> <p>...<br />I called the Dealership and I spoke to John (Manager ) to ask him to Repair, Replace or Refund. <br />I told him what happened and I sent them pictures of the car.<br />Immediately John told me he is not responsible for the car as I was driving it and that I must fix it myself. <br />He told me He is not willing to help me. He told me He sold the car as a s**** metal, as a Voetstoot. <br />......<br />This car basically only lasted 4 days in my hands before it broke. I wasted all my money on a car not fit for purpose. <br />....<br />These guys are *******s and ******, they sell damaged cars to people and refuse to take reponsibility in the end. Never use them, never trust them. They take your money for a faulty car.<br />The dealership is a ***** and it rips people off with faulty cars and bad service.</p>
