Falsely customer update

There's Grobelsdal Supreme Auto Body... Their service is poor and they are giving client falsely update... They told me to come and collect vehicle today... When I arrive they excuses while they said vehicle is done.... We need do blah, blah... I'm not sure if they still flooded racial ************** or not.... I think their priority is their.... My vehicle was there since 6 May 2024 until today.... And on top of that it was taken there by OutSurance... How to overcome the situation
