Furious. Fed up. **** to every day for over a month. I feel ignored, disrespected and completely let down.

Empty promises and zero accountability, I called this company on 16 September to repair my fridge. The next day I discovered my freezer is still working and informed them straight away. That was over a month ago, and my fridge still does not work.

Since then I have been passed from pillar to post. Every single day brings a new promise, and every single day it is broken. No one takes ownership, no one gives a straight answer, and no one fixes the problem.

A month without a working fridge and freezer means spoiled food, wasted money and constant disruption to my household. A reliable company would have sorted this out within days, or at least been honest and apologised. Instead, I got excuses and silence.

If you value your time, your money and your sanity, stay far away. A company that cannot keep its word has no business taking your call-out fee.
