I strongly advise against using this company. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I contacted them to replace the glass on my oven door, and they assured me they could 100% sort it out. On 1 July 2025, they sent a technician to collect the oven door and requested a R500 callout fee, which I paid, believing it was part of the repair process.
Several days passed with no feedback or communication. Eventually, Joel (who I believe is the owner) contacted me to say I needed to pay R2300 upfront for the glass. Despite misgivings, I paid this amount in good faith on 8 July 2025. After that, communication again became nearly impossible.
When I finally reached the technician, he was shocked and said he was unaware of any such arrangement – and that the company should have handled procurement themselves and billed me once the job was complete. After more failed attempts to contact Joel, I decided to visit the physical address listed — only to discover it was ****.
When I called Joel from the location, he was upset that I had come there and gave me several excuses. Realizing I had been ****med, I demanded the return of my oven door and a full refund. Joel agreed only to refund R2000, keeping the R500 callout fee and another unexplained R300. He returned the oven door via courier later that evening — but never refunded a cent.
I have tried multiple times to contact him via calls and WhatsApp with no response. In desperation, I engaged a debt collector, who managed to get in touch with Joel. Once again, Joel promised to pay but never followed through. He even admitted to being unhappy about my initial honest review — which I removed temporarily in the hope that he would pay. It’s now been over a month, and I’ve received nothing.
This company is *****ulent, and I am reposting this review to warn others. For your own safety, peace of mind, and financial security, do NOT use this company.
No stars. Zero accountability. Zero professionalism. Pure ****.
