Accountant from hell

Do not use these people the accountant doesnt do what is expected and hold back on invoices till it is a larhe amount then she sends it to be paid in one go, i cannot get hold of her and she doesnt answer her phone when i do phone her, she withholds my annual financial statements which i never received but yet she wants payment, when i refused she handed me over to lawyers after i reluctantly made an arrangement to pay something on the account, she is a backstabber and two faced
