Bad quality hair

The hair is of bad quality. It looks very appealing in store but tangles a lot the very first time you wear it. I have had the weave for less than a month but it looks worst than one I have had for 4 years. I spoke to a lady named Eve regarding the hair quality, though friendly but she kept defending their product, and sent me a hair-care routine instead.
