Unable to get anything right

<p>A while ago I emailed suprahealthcare to place an order. After a few days they rep**** and said they have the requested item in stock. They sent me an invoice and I made the payment. I week later I have heard nothing about the order and had to email them a few times to get a replay that only stated they will look into it. After another few days of not getting a reply I told them to cancel the order and refund me as they were taking too long. They never rep**** and a few days later I came home to find a box at my front door. The courier just left it where it could easily be ****** as suprahealthcare did not give them my telephone number. Then when I opened the box they had sent the wrong item. That was more than a week ago and so far I have heard nothing from them despite several emails. They are completely ***********</p>
