worse support service ever and they are refusing to issue cancellation letter

Worse support service ever. I have been without connection for more than 2 weeks and they are not communication and they claim their SLA is 3 days nothing has happened to date. I cancelled the service on the website and now they are refusing to issue cancellation letter meaning i can move to another ISP since they need the cancellation letter to show they have released my liner
