Poor support

Absolutely *********** people working for this company , no one helps, you can’t phone their support team because you have to go via their WhatsApp number only and chat to an Ai bot , when agents finally do connect , they respond with one work answers and don’t come back to you immediately, leave you hanging for hours and then end the chat , you don’t get assistance at all , stupid system doesn’t help anyone
