Dell is the worst laptop you could ever buy for yourself yet its pricey, my laptop has no year but when i requested that the come fix the cap at the back of the laptop that is very loose i told that they can't fix it because there is something wrong with the system .wish there was a zero rating they don't even deserve one star very disappointed in their service and the quality of their laptops.
