Terrible Service
This company's service is absolutely appalling. Sharlene and Ben Du Toit (a whole director) must be the worst employees in the company by far. They did not send my order on time, it was delivered at 23h00 a day later after and on top of that there were items which were incorrect. I sent an email at that ungodly hour requesting that I be contacted first thing on Monday morning. But of course, Sharlene nor her director Benji have bothered to reach out to us. Absolutely disgusting service across the entire company.

Terrible Service

A Corn star supplier.
Please remove the STAR from these costars. The lady called Morufa corned our HOA. I ordered PPE from her and made a huge payment trusting that this Black Supplier shall deliver as promised. Little did I know that this ungrateful woman will con us. Poor quality PPE was delivered a month later, some equipment did not even arrive as promised. To this day, she still has to deliver some outstanding which remain outstanding. I have got all the email correspondence in which she failed to keep to her commitments to deliver. From March we still did not received some of the PPE we have ordered. This woman is a con I wonder how does se feel portraying Black Suppliers in this very Negative Light. I am extremely disappointed and this company and definitely not the end of it.

Bad Communication after making payment
Horrible experience with an employee named Morufe who failed to communicate no matter how many emails you sent to her; she would constantly make promises that she failed to honor.

Shocking service
If I could give no stars I would. They have no after sales service at all. Battled weeks to get an invoice out of them. Then I asked to exchange safety boots for a size bigger. It's been 3 weeks and it has still not been resolved. Unless I harass them I get no reply to my emails. Definitely will never use them again

SUPPLY SA TRADING/GIFTWRAP SHOULD NEVER BE TRUSTED
Supply SA is the worst company I have ever done business with. They are unprofessional, unorganized. I paid for my entire order in August 2025 and I have to date not received all items on my order. They behave like the mafia, if you complain they delay your items and they do not answer their calls. When you show up to their office they also do not assist. They send Hein who is a middle man to the representative Sheryl-Ann who has no clue what she is doing. They hide behind emails. Sheryl-Ann says she has given us everything but I am having to buy items out of pocket because our client is extremely dissatisfied with our service, They do not even provide you with the correct sizes and when we exchange them we never receive them back. They lie and misrepresent themselves. Benjamin the director is the worst person to lead a company as he will tell you to "give him time and space, you should not show up to the office because other customers will see that we are all dealing with the same problem. They are sometimes so many customers who come in sitting in the same problem so they are the worst company and people!

Supply Sa - Extremely poor service
Very poor service and no response or client service. Ordered masks and received incorrect masks, returned it with driver and informed them of the error. Requested this to be rectified immediately. Extremely Disappointing Experience – Non-Delivery, False Promises, and Unprofessional Conduct
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by my experience with this company. I paid in full for an order of PPE, and despite being promised delivery within 15–21 days, the goods were never released. Once the agreed timeframe had passed, they continuously delayed and ultimately refused to hand over my order — to the point where my own client was forced to cancel. I made numerous phone calls and even visited their premises in an attempt to resolve the matter amicably and professionally. Instead of cooperation, I was met with arrogance, derogatory remarks, and outright disrespect. I was told that my order was insignificant compared to their “bigger” orders worth thousands of rands and that I should stop bothering them. Hannie and a lady named Morufa repeatedly misrepresented the status of my order, providing false assurances about its readiness. After exhausting all reasonable avenues, I had no choice but to seek legal intervention to recover my money. Based on my experience, I strongly caution others to think twice before doing business with this company. What I encountered was unprofessional, *********, and deeply distressing. Please be careful.
