BE WARNED BEFORE PARTING WITH YOUR MONEY!!

Extremely disappointing experience with SCNet. We paid for a package after receiving specific explanations from their sales representative about what we would be able to access and how the service worked. The service we subsequently received did not match what was represented to us, and we no longer have access to the package we paid for.

Their packages, limitations and usage conditions were also not clearly displayed or properly explained in writing before payment. Important information appears to depend on what a salesperson communicates telephonically, which creates an unacceptable lack of transparency for paying customers.

We have made repeated attempts to obtain assistance and a proper resolution, yet our communications have still not received the courtesy of a meaningful response. Taking payment is immediate, but resolving a legitimate customer complaint appears to be another matter entirely.

Based on my experience, we strongly advise prospective customers to obtain every representation, package limitation, access condition and cancellation term in writing before making payment. We expected professional service, transparent terms and reasonable communication. Unfortunately, that is not what we received. BE WARNED!
