Supplement world - Bought bad batch of Pre work out - "Sorry its discontinued" ???

I switched Gym products and experience a bad batch ( that I believe ) called SSN N.O Crea-Pump.

It does no effects or has no visual benefits. I email Supplement world to ask if this is a bad batch or something cause im very disappointed.

They reply: "Good Morning Quintin, Thank you very much for contacting Supplement World. SSN N.O Crea-pump has been discontinued. Kind regards, Jerry Mmekwa Sales Supplement World "

NO help, no review, so basically he states, its discontinued, either it is old, or bad luck for me being a sucker buying it. ?

Where is the customer support or assistance ? Absolutely stunned.
