Excellent customer service and response.

I ordered a package, on 2 December 2022. On the 9th I called the courier company. I got no answer. I called Supplement World and Jerry was quick to apologise and promptly sent an email to the courier, the courier promised to deliver that day (the Friday). I did not receive it and made arrangements to purchase somewhere else and asked for refund. Not only did they refund me, but they gave me the product regardless, for the inconvenience. Even though it was no fault of their own. This is customer service at it's best and I will continue to use them regardless of a bad experience from the courier company. They offer a huge range of products and excellent service. I cannot recommend them enough.
