Supergas online shopping not recommended

I ordered Supergas takkies online on the 8th December. Only when I inquired when my parcel will be delivered was I told that no stock and it will take up to 7 working days to refund my money. This was a Xmas present for someone so too late now. this is the second time that it happened when I ordered Supergas online. money is taken off your credit card only to be told no stock and then it takes about a week to refund. Would not recommend anyone ordering Supergas online. Renata Wilson
