I took my vehicle to have my roof and mirrors fitted black vinyl done on the 24th April 2015.<br> It was still incomplete by 19H00 that night, but was told that I should bring my vehicle back on Tuesday 28th April 2015 because there were areas that they weren't happy with i.e. the sunroof and mirrors needed to be heated down again.I have tried calling the owner's(Eitienne) mobile and their landline on numerous occasions but to no avail. I even went back to the premises only to find no one there. After 3 weeks of emails, sms's, phone calls I got a sms stating that i was to meet them at their \new"premises. On arrival i was told by the owner of the place (that he said they were sharing it with) that they had no clue of who Eitienne or Superwraps was. I received a sms later that morning from Eitienne asking me for my banking details so they can process a refund. lets just say today"
