Exceptional Service and Support

<p>After much online browsing and seeking quotations, I settled with Supertonics to supply my POS System....Easy right?... No! I am 200o moles away from them in St Helena Island, so my system had to be packaged and sent to me by ship. Everything arrived safely and was unpackaged. Found a broken cable, which Supertronics immediatly dispatched to me, driving it personally to our agent in Capetown to ensure it got on the ship the same night! Wonderful. now we needed to set it all up, so Supertonics remotely installed software, organised drivers for hardware and resulting in a fully working system.I dealt with Candice and Brandon throughout and they were wonderful. Customer service was exceptional and their readiness to help ensures that I will recommend them to colleagues and friends. I am planning on purchasing another system in a month or so and there are no prizes for guessing who I will be choosing to supply my equipment - Supertronics !! Thanks guys I owe you a beer.</p>
