very bad experience

<p>Thomas Sipho Khoza has been my sales person from 2007 till now i met him thought my ex husband . i have bought a few cars from him. in 2016 when i wanted to trade in the 2 cars that i had in to have one car .Thomas said he could only take the 3 series and then the x3 he was going to take in and put it on their floor for me an sell it., it sounded good to me since i was trying to minimise my expenses, even though i was paying a lot for the 3 series that i had purchased from him. Thomas wouldn't come back to me with feedback i always had to call him for feedback, he started not to answer my calls even when reception say he is on his desk, even his cellphone he wouln''t answer. Then after 10 months i decided to collect the car beacuse i was giving me pain everyday to see my car parked outside the dealership where they park the s**** or damaged cars at all times. The cars gathered dusk changed colour from white to brown, Car was collected after 10 mopnths wouldn't even start due to teh time it was parked for. I now had 2 cars . What i had aimed for was not accomplished since my expences where even higher that what they were before. I asked Thomas is the reason for not wanting to sell the car for me because of his relationshop with my ex husband , he then said that would be very unproffesional of him to do and assured me that was not the case. my car this year was writtern off when i wanted my insurance to communicate with him he gave me an attitude to a point when he almost put my claim in jeopardy because he misinformed me. about the vehicle. Just last ween i ask him to please get a settlement for me needed to tarde in my x3 that had a motorplan that was going to expire in October 2017 , he said i shoud call BMW myself i told him that i wasn't able to get through then he informed that they have an online system to get that information . He never came back to me i called the receptionist said he was there but would't pick up an then i decided to get any sales person to assist with it, Philani another sales person from supertech assisted me with the settlement. Philani also then did not come back to me. i hope Philani not getting back to me was not influenced by Thomas . I thought let me look into other brands , i went to landrover when i was advised later but a salesman i was dealing with Nhlanhla Gumede that Thomas told him that was a difficult person to deal with and he shouldn't deal with me , that was very disturbing from me.I then decided that let me rather report this the dealer principal and he saids he was going to investigate the matter but he has not come backto me. This has made me have interest to under brands.</p>
