Traffic Fine Received
<p>I purchased a bmw on 21 July 2015 from BMW Supertech Durban . I received a fine for an amount of R2000 & the date of offence was 28 January 2015 . ( i didnt even own the vehicle at that time ) i phoned bmw on the 21 Nov 2016 & spoke to Regina . i was asked to email the fine , which i did & stated to please reply . As of today 29 Nov 2016 i did not get a reply from Regina . I am sitting with a fine on my name & to make matters worse there is note on the fine : In response to a letter addresses to the registered owner i have been informed that you were responsible on the date and the time and place detailed hereunder .</p> <p>For crying out loud " I Did not own the vehicle at that time " I am totally disgusted with BMW </p> <p>Surely they can investigate & see who the offender is . I hope they have records</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
