Disappointed after excellent service to begin with.

After receiving excellent service when taking delivery of my new BMW motorcycle I am now extremely disappointed at the follow-up service. The bike was delivered with a temporary permit and I was assured that I would receive my license disc and number plate within a few days. Three weeks have passed and I am now driving an unlicensed motorcycle. The salesman that sold me the bike has left BMW Supertech and when I phoned to complain I was told that the person who does the licensing has also left. One wonders why so many of their staff are leaving them? I'm afraid that what started out as a really good experience has ended very badly. Once delivered - no one cares.
