Withdrawals disabled after winning, account suddenly "not verified
I opened my account with Supersportbet back in August 2025 and it was verified at the time. Yesterday, 24 April 2026, I made a deposit and won. When I tried to withdraw my winnings, the system said withdrawals are disabled.
I contacted support, and they told me my account is under review as a standard process. But now my account shows "not verified" under FICA , even though I have never received any email asking for documents. I checked my spam folder too, nothing.
They were quick to take my deposit, but now that I want to withdraw, there are suddenly issues. This is very frustrating and feels dishonest. Why wasn't this mentioned before I deposited?
Please restore my access to withdraw my money.
