Withdrawal issues!
Good day
I am not happy I did a withdrawl past 09h00 this morning already hence I was already verified prior to the withdrawl afterwards I received an email that I have to submit my id, statement, photo holding my id. According to the email my account is currently under KYC VIP ?
I mean it's been hours later and I haven't received any feedback yet .
My withdrawl status on my profile is still reflecting as in progress?
I mean this is literally the first time I'm experiencing this !

I have literally been keeping an eye on my inbox the entire day I mean nowhere does it state anything about any other documents needing to be submitted after your fica is verified hence once you do a withdrawl only then this is what you have to deal with .
I mean this is unacceptable why not communicate this with us as clients upfront
