Unfair betting experience – funds deducted without a fair chance to play

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience on this betting site.

While playing Aviator, I encountered a recurring issue: after making deposits and launching the game, every time I attempted to place a bet, I received an error message saying *“something went wrong”*. The system would then immediately remove me from the round.

However, despite not being able to participate in the round properly, the system still deducted funds from my balance. This is completely unfair, as I was not given a proper or equal opportunity to place or manage my bets.

I reported this issue to one of your agents, Busisiwe N, but instead of investigating the technical problem, it felt like I was being blamed and told that I simply lost the bets. This response is unacceptable, as the issue clearly relates to a system error and not normal gameplay.

This raises serious concerns about the reliability and fairness of the platform. As users, we deposit real money earned through hard work, and we expect a fair and transparent gaming experience.

At this point, I do not trust the platform and would not recommend it to others until this issue is properly addressed and resolved.

I request a full investigation into this matter and a refund of the affected bets.
