When I requested for the first deposit / R200 bonus as widely advertised I was told that this can only be looked at and allocated the next day as I changed my password on my account today. My money was good to take it immediately but not good until the next day for them to fulfill their false promise of matching bonus of R200 (maybe) only the next day. Shocking start for a Company that is either out of their depth here or clearly have not done their homework on accepting new customers and how the Industry works.
