Supersportbet is not right

I uploaded my fica documents as requested on Saturday the 9th but nothing has changed it still says in progress and I can't withdraw, I then sent an email this morning to try and communicate with them only to find that their email address is blocked. I'm so not happy 😕 I'm now frustrated and have thoughts that supersportbet doesn't want us to withdraw our winnings, I also went to social to ask around how they withdrew instead most of them are struggling to withdraw. They are unreachable, they also have one email address and apparently it's comes saying this email is blocked
