SuperSportBet is not paying my winnings

I placed a bet on Thursday on control squeeze baccarat. Wagered R180 on player. Player won and I did not receive my winnings and wager amount. contacted them and they confirmed that they escalated it to the relevant department but it’s been over 5 days now and still no feedback. At this point they just don’t want to pay me my winnings
