Supersportbet 0/milli

So in the month of December 2025 I had used my brother's bank account to make a deposit in order to place a bet. With one game left on my ticket I had an cash out option which I ended up taking (R6200). I withdrew R1300 via ewallet with the thought of having them transfer the rest of my winnings the same way it was deposited on my betting account which was via EFT into my brother's bank account. Upon my request to withdraw the remaing R4900 Supersportbet requested I send them ID plus bank account details and I promptly did. Fast forward a few days later I was informed that they have identified a breach of T's & C's. They went on and said the following: . Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) If the account holder or cardholder details do not match the customer’s details, funds purported to have been deposited will be returned to the bank, and SuperSportBet will suspend the betting account. SuperSportBet may request proof of identification and bank account ownership. Depending on the information provided, the account may be reactivated or terminated. If the customer fails to provide proof of account ownership, future withdrawal requests may be declined. Mind you this is after I had already used my brother's account and made deposits in excess of R2600. My question is this why do you only pick it up when you have to pay out winnings but you had no problem accepting deposits all this time? I would not recommend anyone to join this excuse of a betting site, not to mention their incapable call centre who sends you around in circles.
