Absolutely pathetic service. Do not use this provider at all costs. I deposited R100 and received a bonus of R100 of which I placed a bet and won R262.50, I then wanted to use this amount to place another bet and cos I mistakenly clicked on "opt out" I apparently have no access to any of the funds anymore. I spoke to a rather rude "manager" named Zinhle(did not want to confirm surname) who says it's my fault as I clicked opt out but cannot answer my question on why any customer would want to "opt out" of their winnings, wht is that even an option? Stick to Hollywood ppl
