Superbets does not care about their customers

Highly dissapointed. I signed up and was verified. I bet and won some money and now I cannot withdraw.I was very patient at first but its now almost 48 hours and still no assistance. Upon reading these ratings I see a lot of people are having issues with this so clearly superbet does not care enough to better their system and process.Why allow deposits before reviews? We deposit our money expecting to withdraw it once reaching our desired amounts .I also have not received my 250 free spins even after speaking to customer care.I was told I would be contacted via email with an update but still nothing. No other betting company treats their customers like this. I have stated I can provide any documentation needed but was told non is needed so I dont understand the point of the review.
