Shameful client service

Initially it was fantastic , however the site has been giving too many issues as of late. When playing a slot game , you can manage 5-10 spins before an error message pops up. This has happened tleast 10 times. Then to make it even better , when you would like to talk to an agent you are assited by the biggest excuse of an AI chat bot that is literally of NO help. Honestly this service needs to sharpen up as you are a multi million rand company , take pride in your work man.
