Refund me

I have created supersportbet account and made deposit of R900 and placed a bet with my deposit and bonuses but they refuse when I want to withdraw my winning...they also refused when I withdraw my own deposit but account was successfully verified. Thereafter they suspended my account I don't have access to it...I can't log in. They said they will refund me my deposit they asked for account details to refund my deposit I gave them then thy are giving me excuses they said I will not get my refund anymore...it's useless betting platform I have ever used
