Poor poor poor service

I am very disappointed and angry at this side,i was so excited when i saw an ad on social media thinking that here thats where they will take customers very serious,but that went vise versa,i recharged with what was required as they said there is a welcome offer and abided by their rules but that went south...

When i contact them, Patience told me to wait for 72 hours just to load my welcome offer,all their consultant/agents keep on saying "escalated" ur matter but until when?..

National Gambling Board must close this thing,i regret the day i joined... I can't wait for more than 48hours to receive a service...
