No withdrawal money

I'm only giving it 2 stars because of their withdrawal system. Let me begin from the start. Earlier today around 8pm.i had won enough to withdraw. Options given was fnb e-wallet which I used before with them, but this time I got no message from them to say this is the details. I waited a hour because it should take a hour. It's instant money transfer. So I contacted them now. The lady that helped me said it's showing pending on there side.no reason why I can't get the money. She must now escalate the issue and will take 24hrs to get a response from them. When I put money in my account it's instant, they welcome it. But when it must go the other way it takes detours. It's all done by computers. There system is automated so you can go look up what's wrong why it didn't go thru,but no I must wait 24hrs for some guy to authorize the transaction or whateva is wrong what if really needed the money. I would been in **** now. So I want to know what went wrong and how it went wrong. They are a bunch of oxygen *******. I don't blame the people in customer support rather upper level management. Lazy assez. Bad customer service guys. The worst.
