Misleading potential returns

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding what I believe to be misleading information presented on your platform in relation to the Russia Lotto 5/36 Quick Pick 10 bets.

On placing three separate bets using the Quick Pick 10 option with a total of R180, I was presented with a potential return of R33,060. This figure strongly influenced my decision to proceed with the bets, as it reasonably imp**** a possible payout within that range based on the selections made.

However, upon conclusion of the draws, the actual payouts I received were R275 and R1,102, which are significantly lower than the stated potential return. This discrepancy is substantial and, in my view, constitutes misleading representation of expected outcomes.

Following this, I contacted your customer support team for clarification. The agent informed me that the Quick Pick 10 option uses a specific calculation method that affects the final payout. This critical information was neither clearly disclosed nor adequately explained at the time of placing the bets. As a result, I was not in a position to make a fully informed decision.

I find this practice to be lacking in transparency and potentially *********, as it creates an inflated expectation of returns without clearly outlining how those figures are derived or adjusted.
