SuperSportBet closed my account after I had been consistently winning and are now refusing to pay out a settled winning wager. I had R498 in my account balance, which they refunded, but I also had an active R250 cash-funded bet that had already been accepted before the account closure. The bet later won at odds of 2.00 (R500 return), and support confirmed in writing that: the bet would be “settled accordingly”; but that I would “not have access to the funds.” Despite multiple emails, they have still not: provided a proper explanation; cited the Terms & Conditions clause they rely on; or justified why a valid settled wager is being withheld. Very disappointing experience. Closing an account is one thing, but accepting a bet and then refusing to pay after it wins feels extremely unfair and unprofessional.
