Lies about bonus bets at SuperSportBet

I deposited money for Top Up Tuesday to get a bonus bet. I received R625 bonus which you must place on a bet greater than 2.0. I did this but the fight was cancelled the day of the fight so I contacted them and to get the bonus back so I could place it on another fight. The agent agreed and escalated the query. Two days later, I got the bonus back and I immediately placed it on another fight. Unfortunately this fight was also cancelled so I contacted them again and the agent agreed again but said that I have to wait until the date of the scheduled fight before I got the bonus back (which I thought was weird but that's what happed last time). When the date came (this morning), there was still no bonus so I contacted them again. Now another agent (Patience) and she disagreed and said that the rule had change and I won't get the bonus back but she couldn't tell me when the rule had changed (which was obviously a lie). She then just said that her manager would phone me which never happened. I don't understand why companies employ people who have no idea what's going on and would just lie to their customers. Terrible service from SuperSportBet. If this is how they act, rather go to another betting company
