Huge **** Alert!

My first time using this betting site and its a HUGE ****! I deposited my money won some bets uploaded the necessary documents and now when I want to log in to try to withdraw my winnings its now saying account suspended. I called customer care spoke to two different agents who gave me two different stories that are not even making sense. How do you play with peoples hard earnings like that? At least give a reason for the suspension, was I hacked or what? Now I don't even know how do I get the account or my money back. That live chat is just as unhelpful and useless.
