FICA verified but withdrawals disabled

My account is FICA verified and confirmed and I have made a withdrawal before and everything is fine but today I am not able to withdraw as it's disabled for what reason or purpose i don't understand and this morning customer support says it's under review and i should just wait for 48hours and hopefully il get feedback just to know that I can withdraw or what was the reason for this. Regardless of the reasons this is very unprofessional and ********* practices of which I was never informed that my account is under review and only when I win to withdraw then I must contact support and get no answers to my question and I should just wait until I get feedback when I was never given notification of this to begin with. Will also post on social media for the bad poor customer service
