FICA DOCUMENTS VERIFICATION/ BAD SERVICE

These people are ****en ****mers, I made a bet then won some money but I can't access my funds due to FICA. I uploaded the documents 2 weeks back even now I'm still waiting for verification, I've sent an email I was told they'll investigate and get back to me even now I'm still waiting for the outcome 3 days after😏😠😡🙄
