Empty promises

I received an email from Supersportbet promising that if I placed a R500 bet, I’d get R500 credited immediately after. I followed the instructions exactly, but once I placed the bet, nothing was credited.

I reached out to customer support, and instead of helping, I got vague responses and conflicting answers. One agent told me I didn’t qualify (without saying why), while another said the R500 would be credited within 24 hours. It's been longer than that—still nothing.

Feels like a bait-and-switch. If you're going to run a promotion, honor it. And if there's fine print, be upfront about it. As it stands, I wouldn’t recommend Supersportbet based on this experience.
