Don't pay out after winnings

My account was blocked after winning,,, Say my wife can't play on my account, why not she is my wife,,, plus they **** to say that she entered her back details which she didnt now they want to refund my deposit money and asking for bank details as no details was captured.... How come they don't have it as they say my wife's details was entered so then you have bank details refund my money that all.
