DON'T EVER DEPOSIT TO SUPERSPORTBET , UL WAIT THE WHOLE WEEK TO GET YR MONEY EVEN AFTER THEY FICA VERIFY YOUR ACCOUNT

Y are u guys not making your customers aware of the fact that, after they successfully register n Fica verify their supersportbet accounts, that they will have to wait an additional 72hours for them to access their monies be it at a loss or win.. Make people aware of this stupid reviewing system u have in place, that inconveniences customers, bcoz its not fair to have u submit ur fica documents n still have to reviewed after? I think that's very stupid, its annoying n I hope you lose a lot of customers because of it

Like I just loaded R750 n won around R1.7K , jiki jiki I must wait for 72hours for my account to be reviewed. Y aren't they sending me a link for me to do a selfie, etc 72 hours is a lot time,they clearly don't care about their customers wellbeing. We gamble coz we have problems to fix ,not to load money, win n then get told to wait 72****en hours.***

Yes. I do understand that, however i need to pay my daughter's creche fees. Hence i m suggesting that u send me a link of some sorts whereby i can verify via biometrics or somewhere along those lines... Coz i really cant wait 72 hours, if i knew that this was the case i wudnt have deposited on the site
