I strongly caution anyone against using Supersport Bet. After going though their FICA verification process, i deposited funds and started betting. The moment i requested a withdrawal, my account was suddenly & permanently closed with my balance confiscated. When i asked for clarification, all I got were Generic copy and paste emails quotiong broad T's and C's like "bonus abuse" and "syndicate betting", without providing a single piece of evidence. Their so called investigation is nothing more than a convenient excuse to keep customer funds. Their staff are evasive and unprofessional: - No one provides surnames, employee ID's, or proper accountability - Managers change names in between - Calls get cut-off mid conversation, and when i tried callinmg back from the same number it was suddendly blocked ( Mind you, Using a different number worked immediately -- which shows deliberate avoidance) - They refuse to escalate issues, claiming they are just "middlemen" To make matters worse, their latest email declares that this is their "final decision" and states they will not engage further, effectively denying customers the right to dispute resolution. This is outrageous and highly suspicious for a company licensed to operate in South Africa. i have since escalated my Complain to the Gauteng Gambling board, The national Consumer Commision and the POPIa regulator and i will continue to expose SUPERSPORT BETS to social media networks. WARNING!!!! If you deposit with Supersport bet, don't expect honesty, transperency, or even the basic right to withdraw your own money. Once you win, they will find an excuse in their T's & C's to lock your account and keep your funds.

This company does not operate with integrity, and i urge regulators to take serious action.
