Disappointed!

I honestly don't get how Supersport operate, I did a withdrawal request 04h11 this morning still up until now my Standard Bank cash send as reflecting as in progress I literally never experineced this in progress this long !

How the hell can you tell me it might take up to 12hours to receive if it is not even a huge amount of money ? And I mean I used this method previously and received my funds quick quick !
