Cheats and Dishonest

My account was closed without notice and with money which I had deposited still there. I deposited 5k and was awarded a 5k welcome bonus. The T&Cs simply state that the funds should be rolled over 3 times at odds of 2.0.

I did so and had a balance of 10k to which I processed a withdrawal for. All of a sudden when I wanted to login to the account i was unable to with a message stating the account has been closed.

I then received an email stating that I had abused the bonus process, instead of voiding those bets my account was immediately closed with. I notice or ability to challenge this My initial 5k deposit was still there and now I am being told it will be paid back in 10 business days? If you were so quick to close my account within a day please also refund my money just as quickly

I feel cheated and reading the other reviews it seems these guys are cheats
