Food poisoning from a meat product Pathetic and aggressive handling of the matter that our family contacted food poisoning from a Spar meat product. Response from the lady store manager was aggressive and I was ordered to get out of the SPAR and NOT TO COME BACK Subsequently approached the store owner and on two occasions Mr Wimpie Bouwer challenged the matter of food poisoning and hung up me. Food poisoning is not a trifle matter. We as customers of SPAR are reliant on the retailer ! We trust the retailer. The retailer should be grateful that this type of feedback is given without prejudice. This was not the case in Grabouw both the store manager and the owner were arrogant and aggressive in their response to the potential seriousness of this incident. They have challenged me to prove the integrity of the food quality. I have been told to stay out of the shop
