Command and Control Relating to Customers

Sometimes it is not what you do but HOW you do things. My wife and I were accosted and rudely and loudly admonished for our masks being worn incorrectly and "not covering your nose fully' - an accusation that was incorrect. We are senior citizens, understand and take pains to comply with regulations. The store manager refused to listen to us and kept talking over us. His behaviour was that of a little ******. Quite unnecessary. The command and control manner and threats made by the highest authorities (our government) are being adopted right down to the lowest levels it seems. We are already being socially distanced so let's not add incivility and lack of respect to the way we communicate with and relate to each other. The store, on its web site, claims great service and a warm and caring atmosphere. We experienced quite the opposite and wlll NOT return
