Bad service

Bought 3 2 litre bottles of milk from SuperSpar Royel ascot on 22 May 2025. I tried using the milk on 23 May but found it curdeled in my tee. Expiry date was 30 May 2025. Phoned them and spoke to Marius. He told me that if i do not have a reciept for the milk he can not help me. I explained to him that nobody would keep a reciept for milk and that it is bad service if it was not replaced. He told me that it was there policy and must not get upset. I told him that i would place a review on social media. He told me i can do what i want. He said good bye and put the phone down.

This place had a beautifull revamp. Shop looks good but service going down the drain
