I would like to extend a sincere thank you to the team at SuperSPAR Port Edward for service that truly went above and beyond. I placed an online order late on a Sunday afternoon at the end of a busy long weekend. Despite the store being busy and stock running low, Anele took the initiative to phone me personally to handle substitutions. I was incredibly impressed by her accuracy; she took the time to ensure the alternatives were exactly what I needed and helped me add items I couldn't find on the app. The delivery itself was where they truly excelled. Since the delivery vehicle had already finished for the day, Lizelle took it upon herself to deliver my order on a bike. Because of the limited space, she actually made two separate trips to my home to ensure I received everything, bringing a portable pay-point along so I could settle the additions on delivery. To see that level of dedication—especially as it was already getting dark—is rare. It has been a long time since I’ve experienced such proactive and genuinely caring customer service. Anele and Lizelle are an absolute credit to the store!
