Rude Manager
A store visit turned unpleasant due to manager Richard’s attitude. The Floorwiz Pro&Brush had a price discrepancy - R159 on the shelf and R459.99 at the checkout. Richard didn't address me directly, instead telling the cashier the price couldn't be honored. He imp**** the incorrect price was my doing. Without consulting me, he removed the mop from my purchase. As a customer, I expect better service from a manager. The store's mistake should be honored, and I'm entitled to the product at the displayed price
